Prior to working alongside William as an ITFM services and implementation expert, Ben was also a founding member and CEO of BPM – the leading Hewlett Packard PPM implementation and Professional Services Partner in the Asia Pacific region.

Dana possesses a robust delivery background with experience across verticals, including IT, finance, non-profit, and government. At Proven Optics, Dana is responsible for all aspects of Delivery Services from business analysis, business process development, project management, development, and customer support. Prior to joining Proven Optics, Dana spent 10 years at BNY Mellon servicing Government Agencies with hardware, software, and infrastructure solutions.
