With backing from ServiceNow and Silversmith Capital Partners, we expanded our foothold in key market segments, including U.S. Federal, healthcare, and Europe.
Our team also grew as we invested in our go-to-market, product development, and delivery capabilities – all of which supported successful application rollouts with leading brands in the U.S. and Europe. ServiceNow recognized our success by naming Proven Optics their App Development Platform Partner of the Year for the second year in a row!

In parallel, we’ve been building out a world-class partnerships organization throughout the U.S. and EMEA. The engagement and support from partners have validated the need for ITFM in the ServiceNow ecosystem. ServiceNow has positioned our applications as part of their customers’ platform strategy, giving us a distinctive advantage in the market.
Proven Optics continues to set the standard for product innovation on the ServiceNow platform. 2023 saw continued investment in our ServiceNow Store applications, including improved user experiences, heightened performance, and innovative capabilities. Our ongoing commitment to building the most intuitive and approachable ITFM products ensures our customers stay ahead of the curve in the industry.

Another major product development highlight was the launch of our Billing and IT Cost Recovery application, which enables ServiceNow clients to provide clear and defensible service costs that engage and build trust with IT consumers. We know this application will serve a major need for a streamlined approach to billing across organizations.
We continued to showcase our award-winning applications across the globe at key industry and ServiceNow events. At the Dallas and New York World Forums, we shared how Campbell Soup Company optimized their annual planning process, met fiscal savings targets, and delivered key OpEx cost reductions using our budgeting solution. Our clients at Axpo shared their reasons for implementing Proven Optics with fellow ITFM practitioners in Germany. In addition, the Proven Optics world tour made stops at Knowledge 2023, Federal Forum, and the annual ITFMA conference.
