Proven Optics Federal Partner Manager Role

Position Overview

Our company is looking for a self-motivated and analytical Partnerships Manager to join our growing team. In this high-visibility role, this person will be working with our sales and marketing teams to secure, build, and manage partnerships. As the Partner Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for driving a comprehensive education program that helps channel partners sell and deploy our solutions worldwide. This will consist of Delivery Partners such as Deloitte, Accenture, Grant Thornton, and Go To Market Partners such as ServiceNow.

Job Description

· Actively seek out new opportunities with strategic Federal partners

· Effectively pitch our product and its benefits to prospective partners via live demos and presentations

· Educate Federal Partners on our Sales Motion, Product, and Delivery Methodology

· Manage in flight opportunities being led by partners, and help manage RFP/RFIs coming in from partners as well as help partners reply to these with Proven Optics as a vendor

· Training partners on ITFM Modules and create scalable training programs for partners

· Create marketing collateral and presentations to be used by the partnership team for pitches to both prospective financial institutions and marketing partners

· Manage strategic relationships, have a diplomatic approach to negotiation, and strong project management skills

· Use business strategy and market development with deep analytical and business modeling skills

· Lead, influence, and drive results in a complex technical and business environment


· 5-10 years of experience managing Federal partner relationships (SI’s, ISV’s or MSP’s)

· Bachelor’s degree in related field

· Understanding of Federal customers, partners, and how to navigate the public and private sector of the government

· Excellent communication skills – written, verbally, and with PowerPoint

· Key interpersonal traits: motivation, creativity, adaptability, unquestionable ethics and integrity, and a willingness to take calculated risks
