Proven Optics helps clients in both IT and Finance organizations implement financial management toolsets on SaaS platforms that leverage 20+ years of practitioner experience and 100+ Commercial and Federal implementations. Position Overview
Our company is looking for a self-motivated and analytical Partnerships Manager to join our growing team. In this high-visibility role, this person will be working with our sales and marketing teams to secure, build, and manage partnerships. As the Partner Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for driving a comprehensive education program that helps channel partners sell and deploy our solutions worldwide.
Job Description
· Actively seek out new opportunities with strategic partners
· Effectively pitch our product and its benefits to prospective partners via live demos and presentations
· Create Go To Market plans for our partners to sell and deliver our solutions to customers
· Training partners on ITFM Modules and create scalable training programs for partners
· Collaboratively work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal & Compliance to deliver the best solution based on the partner and company needs
· Create marketing collateral and presentations to be used by the partnership team for pitches to both prospective financial institutions and marketing partners
· Manage strategic relationships, having a diplomatic approach to negotiation, and strong project management skills
· Effectively manage partner pipeline, helping drive both sales and services revenue
· Have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape in both enterprise and consumer technology
Experience
· 5-10 years of experience managing partner relationships (SI’s, ISV’s or MSP’s)
· Bachelor’s degree in related field
· Excellent communication skills – written, verbally, and with PowerPoint
· This is a start up culture – we will be looking for someone who is a self starter and can help build a partner program from the ground up
· Experience working with System Integrators is preferred
