It is hard to believe that just a little over a year ago we launched our first application on the ServiceNow store. No matter what we expected the response would be, the results have blown our minds. We have exceeded our expectations, continue to receive great reviews from our customers, and a strong demand for our applications continues into the new year.
We have been fortunate to have an incredible partner in ServiceNow. They have provided invaluable guidance in how to “build on now” as well as market, manage, and install our applications. Their support enabled us to deliver multiple applications to the market in a rapid, repeatable way with predictable quality and certainty of delivery.
We have been fortunate to have great delivery partners like Deloitte, Metaphase, and Grant Thornton that have helped us connect with customers.
We have been fortunate to have an incredible, dedicated team of employees that never cease to amaze us in their ability to turn our poorly articulated requirements into amazing application features. Our team excels at client success in a particularly complex industry. This results in applications that are installed and configured to make our clients successful.
In short, the past 12 months have been hectic and chaotic as we launched our applications and grew our business. It was a new experience for us, but we have learned so much.
As we pause for the end of year celebrations, we look forward to 2022. We have an incredible, game changing UI coming for our current applications, we have new application features and functions driven by customer requests and ServiceNow’s ever evolving platform capabilities, we will continue to expand our application portfolio with new applications and high demand features, we have expanded our operations internationally with our first customers in Europe, we continue to expand our partnerships globally with a focus on high quality implementation support, and we will grow our team significantly to ensure quality and consistency of our products and support services.
To our current customers, we cannot thank you enough for your support and belief in our product and our team. Your feedback has been invaluable!
