Federal Benchmarking

Federal Benchmarking is now available through the Proven Optics Federal Benchmarking Application. Based on publicly available data, the Application benchmarks data from 24 Agencies from both Civilian and Department of Defense.

The Benchmarks include Tower, Pool, IT spend as Percent of Agency Spend, and IT Headcount as a percentage of Agency Headcount.

The Application allows each subscriber to select 3 Agencies to compare against within the Benchmarking dashboards. Subscribers can change the comparison agencies at anytime by simply re-running the selection criteria.

Benchmarking data will be updated quarterly.
