Experience:
5+ years’ technical experience working on the ServiceNow platform across CMDB, SPM, APM, ITSM and similar modules, as well as Scoped applications.
· Ability to understand business requirements and work with Solution Architects and Developers to design technical solutions within Scoped Applications on ServiceNow.
· Advising customers on best practices when implementing scoped apps
· Experience integrating with external systems of record/ERPs (i.e. SAP, Snowflake, Oracle)
· Background in Financial Services/Accounting/IT Financial Management or TBM is a plus.
· Developers with experience creating workflows/flows, creating Dashboards/Reports, extending global or application tables, setting up and expanding Access Control Levels (groups and roles), and generating transform maps.
· Data Analysis skills
· Scripting experience on the ServiceNow platform is needed in cases where customer requirements go beyond OOTB features and standard configuration changes.
· Experience in assisting with leading workshops and technical design of solutions including story and sprint planning
Technical Preferences:
1. ServiceNow Certified System Admin, Certified App Dev, Scripting in ServiceNow
2. Have knowledge in GlideRecord, GlideAggregate, GlideAjax and other coding languages leveraged across the NOW platform
3. Perform basic tasks; create tables, import data, transform maps, form etc.
4. Data analysis including excel and other BI tools
5. Be able to create business rules, UI actions, script includes, functions, UI policies, notifications
6. Provide technical feasibility of requirements
7. Be able to troubleshoot code
8. ServiceNow dashboard/report experience
9. Workflow/FlowDesign experience
10. ACL setup and management
Additional Notes:
· Candidates holding Security Clearances for US Federal Agencies are a plus.
· Holding ServiceNow Application or Delivery Certifications
